Celebrating 25 years as a premier entertainment publicist, veteran image-maker Wyllisa Bennett is transitioning from behind the scenes to behind the microphone with the launch of her new podcast, CALL ME WYLLISA. Timed alongside National Black Business Month and World Entrepreneurs’ Day, the show marks a major milestone for Bennett, who has spent a quarter-century mastering the art of building and sustaining fame for Hollywood actors, media personalities, authors, filmmakers, and industry executives.
Produced in collaboration with the Intentional Talk Radio Network (ITRN)—the nation’s second-largest Black talk radio network—CALL ME WYLLISA delivers candid conversations, unfiltered commentary, and deep dives into the lives of cultural trailblazers. The podcast offers listeners a front-row seat to the authentic stories, resilience, and business acumen powering Black excellence across entertainment, media, and entrepreneurship.
“Everyone who knows me knows I love to talk,” said Bennett. “After years of using my voice to advocate for my clients, I realized it was time to use that same voice to connect with audiences in a different way. CALL ME WYLLISA allows me to do what I love most — that is, have real conversations with fascinating people and uncover the stories behind their success.”
Featured Season Launch Guests:
- Rolonda Watts: Award-winning talk show host, actress, and comedian.
- Victoria Rowell: Multiple Emmy-winning actress and director, best known for The Young and the Restless.
- Malinda Williams: Acclaimed actress (Soul Food, The Wood) and entrepreneur.

Reflecting on her 25-year entrepreneurial journey, Bennett emphasizes that while the media landscape has evolved, the core of her work remains unchanged: “The entertainment industry has changed tremendously, but one thing remains constant: the power of a great story.”
