Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business Show, interviewed John D. O’Connor.

Over the years many of us have winced when candidate and President Donald Trump railed against illegal immigrants, saying that other countries are not sending us their best, but rather are emptying prisons and insane asylums. Many citizens discounted this talk, even though also learning to take Trump seriously if not literally. But recent events have shown that his strong talk was not so far off for a substantial sector of illegals. While we all know very kind, religious, hard-working immigrants, it is also true that President Biden invited in, indeed flew in, hundreds of thousands of immigrants from authoritarian countries like Cuba and Venezuela. None of those could fly here without their government’s sanction. Do we really think that these outlaw countries have been sending their best? Right now we have, just among these specified fly-ins, about 1.5 million immigrants receiving humanitarian “parole” provided by Biden. We should all work together, regardless of party or faith, to solve this serious problem, and improve the safety of our great country.
