This week, Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business show, interviewed Richelle Parham, who is the former Chief Marketing Officer of eBay and current Chairwoman of the Board at Shyn.
A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of global strategy and marketing experience, Richelle Parham is the Chairwoman of the Board at Shyn, a subscription-based service providing customized oral care products.
Parham has a proven track record of leading high-performing business and marketing teams, utilizing strategic and analytical decision-making to successfully drive key business performance for prolific corporations such as eBay, Visa, Digitas, and Citibank.

Most recently, Parham joined Camden Partners, a leading private equity firm, as a General Partner in 2016. Prior to Camden Partners, her experience includes serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of eBay; Head of Global Marketing Innovation and Initiatives and Head of Global Marketing Services at Visa, and a variety of positions at Digitas, a world leading marketing agency, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the agency’s Chicago office.
Throughout her career, Parham has received many awards and honors, which include being named to the Savoy 2017 “Power 300, Most Influential Black Corporate Directors;” ranked #12 on the Forbes 2014 “50 Most Influential CMOs in the World;” and Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business 1000.”
A strong advocate of empowering female leaders through STEAM programs, Parham is also on the advisory board for Girls Who Code and has served on the Board of Directors for Best Buy since and e.l.f. Beauty since 2018, as well as LabCorp since 2016.
Parham holds double Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Design Arts from Drexel University. She became a member of the Drexel University Board of Trustees in 2014.
