INTERVIEW ON THE PRICE OF BUSINESS SHOW, MEDIA PARTNER OF THIS SITE.

Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business Show, interviewed Robert D. Hodges.

On a recent Price of Business show, Host Kevin Price interviewed Robert D. Hodges.

Robert D. Hodges is a member of BrownWinick law firm and serves as Co-Chair of the Trust and Estates Practice Group. Originally from small-town Iowa, his education and service have taken him across the United States and overseas. From working in his family’s business at a young age, to raising cattle during law school, to deploying multiple times as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army, Hodges brings a wealth of real-world experience to his practice. These experiences deeply inform his approach to succession and estate planning.

On the Price of Business Show, Hodges focuses on helping clients implement personalized succession plans. He emphasizes that every family and business is unique, requiring plans that reflect individual values, relationships, and long-term goals. His process begins with listening, followed by carefully mapping ownership, decision-making structures, and tax strategies, then building clear transfer documents and leadership steps. His ultimate goal is to create clarity, continuity, and fewer disputes—so clients can protect what they have built and pass it on with confidence.
