On a recent Price of Business show, Host Kevin Price interviewed Michael Haltman, CEO of Hallmark Abstract Service, Board Chair of the Heroes To Heroes Foundation, and Host of the Do You Ever Wonder podcast.
They discussed entrepreneurship and the impact that the 2008 financial crisis had on both his and his wife’s businesses. One was no longer viable, and the other was pushed into bankruptcy. With two kids in college and a third on the way, and having lost a majority of savings, they needed to reinvent quickly and started New York title insurance provider Hallmark Abstract Service. Fighting every day in a difficult real estate market, Mike and his wife persevered and, 17 years later, have become a strong regional title insurance provider!
Based on his love for military veterans, Michael serves as Board Chair of the Heroes To Heroes Foundation, which saves the lives of vets suffering moral injury and who live at serious risk of death by suicide.
Finally, he is the host of the Do You Ever Wonder podcast that explores the questions many of us have but don’t have the resources to find the answers.
