New FTC Non-Compete Order Is a Nightmare

Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business Show, interviewed attorney and HR consultant Hessam Parzivand. Parzivand is a regular on the Price of Business show.

Price and Parzivand take a tough look at the new non-compete order from the Federal Trade Commission. Parzivand noted that, in 20 years looking at and dealing with employment law issues (both in HR and as an attorney), he never came across an HR issue from the FTC until now. Price says this is all about the oddly aggressive of the current Chair, Lina Kahn.
