On a recent Price of Business, Host Kevin Price visited with Evan Halper of the Washington Post. He is a business reporter covering the energy transition and other issues. They discussed the incredible breakthrough in fusion energy and discussed the realities vs. the hopes.
According to Halper’s recent article, “The creation of what amounts to a miniature star required 192 lasers, produced in a high-security federal government building the size of a football stadium. The lasers fired into a small chamber holding a pellet of hydrogen about half the size of a BB.”
