Rowan Wiechmann is the founder of The Pure Man. This concept was born when Rowan decided to be his true authentic self. Rowan had initially lost his confidence after his parents divorced at 12years, and being bullied in primary school for being the smallest. He started to wear a mask just to fit into other people. He felt like an outcast and uncertain about his life goals, and joined the army at the age of 18. Rowan also became a leader at 19. He started being more confident while learning leadership skills. He was still wearing a mask. He saw his friends around him chasing girls due to the perceived alpha culture. Rowan did not feel alive with it. After drinking, cheating, doing drugs, and quitting a relationship, Rowan knew it was time to be his authentic self. A pure man was then created, and he became a stronger alpha male.
Today Rowan is a modern style high performance and leadership coach for young business people. He is helping men scale their businesses while assisting them to grow in all areas of their life. He is passing his knowledge to young, ambitious men in business who feel like they are not man enough. Rowan teaches them to become the most powerful men by being themselves. Men go to him to become ‘pure men.’ He helps them grow in every area of their life using his military method. Rowan is now leading a community/mastermind of 25+ successful men in business age 18-35 called the Pure Performance Unit.
The 3 P’s
The 3ps refer to perspective, power, and performance. These are the three pillars that Rowan uses in building pure men. He encourages men to have a positive attitude about themselves, others, and the world they live in. He emphasizes the fact that if your identity isn’t proper, you will keep yourself playing small. Additionally, to be a good performer, you need to learn that you are in control. He helps men step into their power and take control of their businesses and life. He allows men not to be YES men or people pleasers. According to Rowan, if you want to perform and bring consistent results, you need to create room for growth in your body, mind, and spirit. And how you undertake your task matters because that is how you will do everything.
The 3C’s Formulae
The 3C’s stand for clarity, code, and collaboration. Clarity means you need to define your why. Also, understand who you are, what’s holding you from achieving your goals, and the next steps of moving forward. Rowan helps men get clear on their purpose and objective and allows them to create the biggest impact.
Rowan defines a man with no code as no man. He trains men never to give their control to other people. The code is a military principle that helps people get confidence, power, and performance.
While in the army, Rowan learned the benefits of collaboration. No single army man can win the battle independently; therefore, there is great power in unity. When people unite for a common goal, they can impact and increase fulfillment in being part of something bigger than themselves.
Mindset Coaching
Rowan is helping individuals become pure men through coaching. He has been disrupting the coaching space through resiliency, personal power, and having a tactical mind. He is always quick to recover from difficult situations. His mental ability to cope with a crisis or return to pre-crisis status has made him sustainable in the industry. Additionally, military life taught him to always think strategically in various situations. And guess what? He is instilling everything he possesses in those he coaches and transforming them to be pure men.
