Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business Show, interviewed Diana Furchtgott-Roth.

On a recent Price of Business, Host Kevin Price visited with a former Chief Economist for the US Department of Labor, Diana Furchtgott-Roth.
The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) would raise prices by increasing demand, reducing GDP and the number of jobs, increasing labor prices through required use of union labor, and raising electricity prices through renewables and higher taxes on utilities. Diana Furchtgott-Roth is an adjunct professor of economics at George Washington University and former chief economist at the U.S. Department of Labor.
Currently an Adjunct Professor of Economics at George Washington University, she served in economic policy positions in the White House under Presidents Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and George W. Bush.  Most recently Diana was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology at the U.S. Department of Transportation and Acting Assistant Secretary for Economic Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Previous positions include Chief Economist at the U.S. Department of Labor and Chief of Staff of the Council of Economic Advisers. Diana has written six books and hundreds of articles on economic policy. She is frequently featured on TV and radio, including NPR, C-SPAN, and CNBC.
