Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business Show, interviewed Mitchell Bach.

On the nationally syndicated Price of Business, Host Kevin Price visited with author and business attorney Mitchell Bach.
Mitchell Bach has played a key role in facilitating the development and expansion of specialized Business Courts throughout the United States.  Having played a key role in the creation of the Commerce Case Management Program in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, approximately 25 years ago, Mr. Bach has used his position    as a leader of the Section of Business Law of the American Bar Association to promote and assist in the creation of similar courts and specialized commercial litigation programs in many other jurisdictions.  Mr. Bach will discuss the significant advantages of such business courts for parties embroiled in commercial litigation, and how lawyers and judges can work together to design such new specialized forums.  Mr. Bach has practiced law in the field of commercial litigation for more that 50 years; and graduated with honors from both The Wharton School (1968), and the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania (1971).
