In 2023, the United States market for over-the-counter (OTC) topical analgesic pain relief products has reached a valuation of approximately $1.6 billion. This market includes a variety of products such as creams, gels, sprays, liquids and patches designed to alleviate pain without a prescription. Factors driving this growth include increasing awareness of topical pain medications, preference for non-opioid products due to favorable side effect profiles, and consumer demand for self-medication options.

His ability to drive brand visibility and growth was further honed during his 12 years at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, where he managed iconic brands such as Advil and Solgar Vitamins, and held roles in trade planning, promotion, and brand management.
Jim also spent time in account management at Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare in 2005, where he gained valuable experience working with healthcare clients on strategic marketing and advertising campaigns.
Jim holds an MBA from Marist College and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Gettysburg College. His extensive experience and expertise in brand development, marketing strategy, and consumer healthcare have made him a trusted leader in the industry.
