Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business show and editor on this website, interviewed Brian Gordon of Gordon Associates, a leading firm when it comes to addressing long term care needs. 

When you inherit a Traditional IRA, it becomes a Beneficiary IRA and you have 10 years to liquidate all of it…so says the SECURE Act. Every dollar you liquidate is taxed. However, SECURE 2.0 opened up a way to use that IRA without having to pay taxes, and one way to do so is to use those IRA dollars to pay for a Long Term Care Insurance policy.
