Account types and demo conditions

ADSS currently offers three tiers of live accounts, which are the Classic, Elite, and Elite+. Liveaccounts have a minimum deposit requirement starting at $100 US, which makes them very scalable. Traders using any of the three tiers of accounts have the option of trading with leverage of up to 500:1 on CFDs in global markets, on specific products.

The Classic live account requires a $100 US deposit, and traders can trade with competitive market spreads and 24/5 customer support. The Elite live account can be opened with a $100,000 US deposit with 25% lower spreads, while the Elite + account can be opened with a $250,000 US deposit with ultra-low spreads. Elite and Elite+ live account holders will also be assigned a dedicated senior manager or sales trader (for Elite+), and multi-base currency in accounts.

The unique feature ADSS offers lies in its fast and convenient account funding. UAE residents who open live accounts with ADSS can use UAEPGS, the transfer payment gateway from the Central Bank of the UAE. This allows traders to transfer funds through a single integration. Depending on the account holder, there may be a maximum transaction limit per day and per month. Other traders outside of the UAE can fund their accounts through bank wire transfers, credit cards, or digital payment platforms like Skrill, Neteller, Cash U, Samsung and Apple Pay.

ADSS also offers traders a demo account to practise trading with. This account is hosted on MT4, and it is free of charge for those registered with the broker. Demo traders will receive a demo account with $50,000 US of simulated funds, and they can access live markets on mobile, desktop, or tablet. They will also be able to place simulated trades on a wide range of markets and currency pairs. Demos are active for a 60-day period.

Fee Structure and Charges

Traders will not be charged a commission on the ADSS trading platforms when trading. There are also no hidden fees. Spreads are very competitive. Aside from the minimum initial deposit requirements for each account, there may also be swap fees, currency conversion charges, and other fees as laid out in the ADSS market information sheet. Traders should check what applies to them and factor these charges in as part of their profit/loss calculations.

Customer support

ADSS offers customer support online and offline, and they can be contacted via the live website, chat, email and over the phone. Users can get in touch 24/5, and the ADSS team is staffed with highly experienced financial and tech professionals, who all understand and can easily answer queries related to instrument information, platform installation and setup, as well as trade execution. The team is considered fast and responsive, and they also provide multilingual support.

The bottom line

ADSS provides a comprehensive range of products for trading, and as a GCC-based broker, the abundance of material in Arabic and English is an added value for locals and those within the region. There is a lot of transparency in their fees and pricing, and the lack of commissions on trades make it an attractive option for high-frequency and high-volume traders. While there are no ETFs or other funds available for trading, the access to global exchanges and the forex market through CFDs (or spot forex) offers plenty of opportunities for traders of all experience levels.
